Tour Package Agreement
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between DESTINOVA TOUR PLANNERS ("Operator") and ("Customer"). This document sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Operator agrees to provide the tour package described herein.

3. Inclusions
- Traveling expenses (tolls, permits, parking).
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner.
- Accommodation/Room expenses (if applicable).
- Sightseeing charges (per itinerary).
4. Exclusions
- Dinner on Day 1 (if start > 12:00 PM).
- Lunch on Last Day (if end < 2:00 PM).
- Breakfast on Last Day (if end < 11:00 PM).
- Train journey meals & station accommodation.
- Personal assistance during free time.
- Camera/Video fees (excluding entry fees).
Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation Policy (14+ Days): Customer is liable for 20% of the Total Amount.
- Cancellation Policy (5+ Days): Customer is liable for 50% of the Total Amount.
- Advance payments are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of the journey. Reductions in group size do not waive this liability.
- Journey confirmation is required at least 15 days prior to commencement.
- The Operator is not accountable for time delays caused by the Customer, traffic, or road conditions.
- For journeys involving train travel, the Operator is responsible only for pickup and drop-off at the destination railway station.
- Train tickets will be reserved by the Operator only upon specific request.
- For institutional trips, "Customer" refers collectively to Students & Teachers.
- Additional passengers will be charged at the same per-head rate as the original booking.
